The primary reason for this is that MagSafe is unparalleled, and Android lacked a native alternative. The Pixel 10 series introduces PixelSnap, which uses the Qi2 standard.
Unlike some previous Qi2-ready Android phones, Google's latest models include internal magnets. This allows for fast and easy attachment of Pixelsnap and MagSafe accessories directly to the phone’s back. This feature is built-in, so a Pixelsnap case is not required.
