A Geekbench listing has revealed almost all the specifications for the upcoming OnePlus 15R phone.

A new Geekbench listing shows its scores, RAM, and software right before launch day.
The forthcoming OnePlus 15R has been benchmarked on Geekbench.
The listing reveals the device is equipped with 12GB of RAM and runs Android 16. A 16GB RAM configuration is also anticipated, mirroring the previous model. The phone achieved a single-core score of 2,846 and a multi-core score of 9,775, consistent with the expected performance of its processor. The OnePlus 15R will feature the new Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 chipset.
The global version will be available in two color options:
* Charcoal Black
* Mint Breeze
In China, the Ace 6T includes a substantial 8,300mAh battery, and the global 15R is expected to have the same. This capacity surpasses that of the OnePlus 15. It will support 100W wired charging, a standard for OnePlus.
The display is expected to be 6.8 inches and have a 165Hz refresh rate, similar to the flagship model. The phone boasts flagship-level durability with IP66, IP68, IP69, and IP69K ratings.
These ratings indicate the phone can withstand submersion in 1.5 meters of water for up to 30 minutes and endure high-pressure, high-temperature water jets, which is uncommon for a mid-range device.
The OnePlus 15R is projected to cost around $599, assuming the pricing remains consistent with the OnePlus 15.
Similar to the OnePlus 13R, the OnePlus 15R is poised to be a competitive mid-range option. Based on current details, it may outperform competitors like the Galaxy A56 5G and Pixel 9a. Final assessments will follow hands-on evaluations, with the launch imminent.
The phone's large 8,300mAh battery is tailored for users prioritizing extended battery life. Combined with a design that echoes the OnePlus 15, it will offer a premium feel and performance. It could become a top mid-range phone of 2026.
The current design direction from OnePlus is appealing. While subjective, it presents a more refined and contemporary appearance. The specifications are strong for its price range, particularly the minimum of 12 GB of RAM, a rarity in the mid-range category.
The phone is scheduled to launch on December 17, and more information is expected soon.
