A new phone featuring a massive 15,000 mAh battery is now available, offering extended battery life.

When you've got a phone with a battery capacity of 15,000 mAh, every other option begins to look like a no-go.

The phone is expected to run for up to five days with light use, according to the source. This is a significant improvement over current flagship smartphones such as the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra or the iPhone 16 Pro Max.
This could be a game changer for power users who have to charge their phones during the day. Even after a year or two, when silicon batteries degrade faster than Li-ion cells, a phone with this battery capacity should still function without problems.
The Realme phone has a 1200Wh/L energy density, which means the battery is space-efficient and the phone is not bulky.
Samsung and Apple are now restricted from exceeding 5,000 mAh due to regulatory constraints. However, if they want to compete with phones with such large batteries, both companies must improve their products.
Apple appears to be on the right track, whereas Samsung is focused on making its phones thinner. If the regulatory difficulties persist, Apple will most likely follow suit once its phones reach 5,000 mAh.
