A phone with a pop-out camera exists, but it might not be available for purchase.

The Robot Phone and its pop-out gimbal camera are more than empty promises after all.
Honor's Robot Phone prototype has been revealed via images on Weibo.
The phone will come in black, white, and gold, according to reports. The design includes what appears to be an aluminum frame and a glass section beneath the large camera area, similar to the iPhone 17 Pro.
Honor's promotional material portrayed the Robot Phone as an AI character marveling at the world. The company described it as an "emotional companion that senses, adapts, and evolves autonomously.”
It's uncertain if the Robot Phone will be released to the public, and it probably will only be available in China if it is. More information and a working prototype may be shown at MWC 2026.
Despite skepticism, the prototypes lend some credibility to the Robot Phone. A broad launch is unlikely, and the final product will probably not resemble the promotional video. However, there is interest in testing the device if it becomes available.
