A T-Mobile video has surfaced in which the company admits to not prioritizing customer care.

The optics from a body cam video look bad for T-Mobile..
A group of T-Mobile subscribers is urging the carrier to sever its ties with Elon Musk, citing concerns over his alleged actions against environmental protection, workers' rights, LGBTQ+ rights, and the rule of law. They believe this is in contrast to T-Mobile's public commitment to be "a greater force for good."
The group previously asked former CEO Mike Sievert to terminate the contract with Musk's Starlink. Sievert was succeeded by former COO Srini Gopalan at the beginning of the month. Despite the protests, it is unlikely that the carrier will discontinue T-Satellite, a service that provides connectivity in cellular dead zones during emergencies and is also reasonably priced.
When the group attempted to deliver a petition with over 5,000 signatures from T-Mobile subscribers last week, the company declined to meet with them or accept it.
A video shows the group's attempt to deliver the petition. In the video, a man claiming to represent T-Mobile states that the company does not care about its customers.
It's worth noting that 5,000 customers represent a small fraction of T-Mobile's nearly 140 million customer connections. The company's reaction to the petition delivery has drawn criticism.
While cutting business ties with Musk is not advocated, a more courteous approach of simply accepting the signatures could have prevented the current need for T-Mobile to defend its actions.
