Alleged iPhone 17 Pro Max design details have leaked from the factory.

Leaker posts a small video, showing us what the iPhone 17 Pro Max actually looks like.
With the iPhone 17 series' launch approaching, an image seemingly taken on a factory floor has emerged, showing a potential first glimpse of the iPhone 17 Pro Max.
Unlike Android phones, real-world photos of iPhones rarely surface before their official release. The posting of a video, purportedly of the iPhone 17 Pro Max, by leaker Ice Universe is therefore unexpected.
Reportedly, the unit in the video is in "mass production," implying it could be a final retail version or a late-stage prototype.
Regardless, the video, allegedly sourced from an iPhone manufacturer, may provide a more accurate representation of the iPhone 17 Pro Max's design than a dummy model.
The video seemingly confirms the iPhone 17 Pro's horizontal camera layout, along with the existing camera sensor arrangement, and the repositioning of the LiDAR scanner, LED flash, and microphone to the end of the island.
The black, gray, and white color options are possibly visible in the clip. A protective film obscures the screen, so the display is not visible.
An Apple employee was previously seen testing an iPhone 17 Pro in San Francisco in late July.
A separate leaker from China, Setsuna Digital, also known as Instant Digital, has shared details regarding the iPhone 17 Pro and Pro Max. According to them, the devices will be able to sustain high brightness levels for longer when in sunlight.
Since the iPhone 17 Pro is expected to have improved cooling, it is likely that the screen brightness will not be throttled to prevent overheating.
The phones should also deliver a more stable frame rate for gaming. This would mean no frame rate drops, even when the phone's temperature increases, supposedly due to an enhanced cooling system.
The leaker also suggests enhanced video performance when recording at 4K/60.
Additionally, the tipster claims the phone will feature increased battery capacity and improved power efficiency, resulting in the best battery life of any iPhone.
The iPhone 16 Pro Max, by comparison, has a 4,685mAh battery, and its successor is rumored to have a 5,000mAh cell. The iPhone 17 Pro is anticipated to use a 3,582mAh battery similar to the previous model.
The iPhone 17 Pro may be a particularly compelling release, showcasing a redesigned look along with performance enhancements and camera improvements.
