Amazon has released new Echo Show devices with improved designs, better performance, and larger screen options.

Amazon's first-ever Echo Show 11 edition is here with a "modern" design and pretty impressive internals, and with it, an upgraded Echo Show 8 has also arrived.
The fourth-generation Echo Show 8 features smaller bezels than its 2023 predecessor, which allows for more screen space in a similar size. The new Echo Show 8 has an 8.7-inch touchscreen with a 1340 x 800 resolution, a 13MP front camera with auto framing, a smart home hub, a custom woofer, stereo speakers, an AZ3 Pro chip, and Omnisense technology. It comes in two colors.
While not a total redesign, the new Echo Show 8 has a slimmer profile and higher-quality 8.7-inch screen for better clarity and viewing angles.
The display resolution increased slightly from 1280 x 800 to 1340 x 800.
Sound quality is improved via a new audio architecture with front-facing stereo speakers and a custom woofer for spatial audio.
Like the Echo Studio, the 2025 Echo Show 8 has an AZ3 Pro chip for enhanced Alexa+ features. The price has increased from $149.99 to $179.99.
Both the updated Echo Show 8 and the all-new Echo Show 11 offer strong sound and Alexa+ skills at a reasonable cost.
The Echo Show 11 has a larger 10.95-inch screen with 1920 x 1200 resolution.
With a higher resolution than the 2021 Echo Show 10, the Echo Show 11 may replace that model. The Echo Show 10 is currently listed as "unavailable" on Amazon, while the Echo Show 8 (3rd Gen) is discounted before Prime Day.
The Echo Show 8 (4th Gen) and Echo Show 11 are not expected to be discounted during the sale. The larger model is available for pre-order for $219.99, with similar features to the new Echo Show 8. Both will be released on November 12.
