Android Auto has been updated with smarter and safer driving features.

Call Screening and Call Notes are coming to your car, helping you avoid distractions and keep track of important conversations.

Android Auto is adding two new functions that will make it even more helpful. Apple, Google's primary competitor, also offers the Call Screening feature on its newer iPhones (running the latest iOS 26).
