Another phone maker has implemented a feature that simplifies file sharing with iPhones.

Huawei is facilitating interconnection with iOS devices.
An app with connectivity between devices is currently only compatible with HarmonyOS 6 devices in China, restricting its use to that region. This is not a major limitation, as there are few Huawei users in Western countries due to US sanctions.
Huawei is experiencing a resurgence in China, while iPhone sales have faced difficulties in recent years.
However, data indicates that Apple had a successful month in China. Approximately 25% of smartphones sold in October were iPhones, a 37% increase from the previous year. The standard iPhone 17 model drove sales, and Pro models also showed growth. New iPhones accounted for over 80% of Apple's sales in the country, marking the company's best start to a December quarter.
Apple may encounter competition as Huawei plans to release the Mate 80 series later in November.
Therefore, Huawei's initiative to improve connectivity between its devices and iPhones is a positive development.
