Apple is accusing a former engineer of sharing Apple Watch secrets with Oppo.

Apple's latest court filing brings new details to light, suggesting that Oppo may have benefited from insider knowledge about Apple Watch sensor tech — a claim Oppo continues to deny.
Oppo, responding to the initial filing from August, claimed there was no proof supporting Apple's allegations of trade secret theft. Oppo stated that they found no evidence the alleged theft occurred while Shi was employed at Oppo InnoPeak Technology.
Apple also claims that the presentation contained slides with information taken from 63 confidential files that Shi downloaded, reportedly in his last weeks at Apple. It is also alleged that Shi used the presentation to address questions about Apple's sensor design.
