Apple is facing a new investigation in France regarding Siri's data privacy practices.

The Paris prosecutor is digging into claims that Siri recordings exposed private conversations to contractors.
Apple is also facing a class action suit in France, which was partly inspired by the original complaint. A similar US lawsuit was resolved in January with a $95 million settlement, providing up to $20 for each device with Siri.
Apple stated that the US settlement did not represent an admission of guilt. The company maintains that iPhones were not listening to users and that it was not selling user data.
