AT&T customers may still be eligible for up to $7,500 if they file by the deadline.

If your personal data was exposed by data breaches involving AT&T, time is running out for you file a claim.
AT&T subscribers affected by past data breaches can now file claims to receive settlement funds. Current and former AT&T customers can submit claims online or via mail, but all submissions must be postmarked or received by November 18, 2025. Due to potential mail delays, filing online as soon as possible is recommended.
The data breaches compromised AT&T subscribers' personal information, including names, addresses, Social Security numbers, call and text records, and dates of birth.
Two settlement accounts were established by AT&T. The AT&T 1 Settlement Class, addressing the first breach, is funded with $149 million. The AT&T 2 Settlement Class, related to the second breach, contains $28 million.
The final amount each eligible claimant receives will depend on the number of claims filed and supporting documentation. Claimants who can prove out-of-pocket expenses resulting from the breaches may receive a larger payment. Funds remaining after these payments will be distributed among other eligible claimants.
To file online, visit www.telecomdatasettlement.com. Claimants will need their Class Member ID from the notice they received as an AT&T subscriber, their AT&T account number (or full name), and a working email address. Anyone who believes they should have received a notice but did not can call the settlement administrator at 833-890-4930.
To file by mail, download and print the form for the first data breach or the second data breach. If data was involved in both breaches, use the overlap form. Mail the completed and signed forms to: AT&T Data Incident Settlement, c/o Kroll Settlement Administration LLC, P.O. Box 5324, New York, NY 10150-5324.
Claims must be received by Nov. 18, 2025. Individuals who prefer to sue AT&T independently must opt out of the settlement by Oct. 17, 2025. The final settlement approval hearing is scheduled for Dec. 3, 2025.
