ChatGPT's latest update may affect group chat functionality.
OpenAI is rolling out a new group chat feature where ChatGPT joins the conversation.
Share a link to directly invite as many as 20 individuals. Any group member has the ability to share the link and invite more participants. Upon joining or creating a group chat, you’ll be prompted to configure a profile by providing your name, username, and a picture.
ChatGPT's rate limits are applicable when it provides a response, not during user interactions within the group. The responses from ChatGPT will count toward the limit of the user who is interacting with the AI chatbot.
