Comcast is offering a customer benefit that T-Mobile and Verizon are moving away from.

Comcast has opened another Xfinity store to better assist its customers.
Comcast is focusing on traditional methods to establish strong customer relationships, while T-Mobile emphasizes self-service and Verizon reduces access to live agents. Comcast has opened a new Xfinity Store in Michigan.
Located in Grand Blanc, the new location has 2,000 square feet of space. The interactive tech center is designed to assist both residential and commercial customers, providing the newest products, services, and support.
Inside, sales consultants at service counters assist customers in choosing services. The store also handles bill payments, account administration, and equipment exchanges. Customers can also learn how to optimize their subscriptions.
The store will also showcase Comcast's services, including Xfinity Internet, Xfinity Mobile, Xfinity Voice, and Xfinity Home products. The store also sells the newest Apple iPhones, Samsung Galaxy phones, Google Pixel phones, and Motorola devices.
The store also demonstrates Xfinity Pro, Comcast's enhanced home WiFi service. It improves internet service by boosting activities, including range extenders, and offering up to four hours of backup power during outages.
Comcast seeks to improve customer service by increasing its physical presence and strengthening customer relationships. The company recently launched stores in Georgia and Massachusetts to offer simpler access to products and support.
Comcast has been losing broadband subscribers amid competition from companies such as T-Mobile. The company is trying to retain customers and promote other services, such as phone service. These initiatives have not yet been successful. In the meantime, personalized support may support its other strategies, especially as T-Mobile and Verizon face criticism for cutting back on live support.
