Our Delta Reign set will include:
The set will introduce new split Stadium cards, each with "Legendary" in their names. These obviously hearken back to the LEGEND cards of the HeartGold & SoulSilver era, like Lugia LEGEND, where you needed both halves of the card to play it. Because both halves share the same name, you can only ever play two sets of the card in a deck.
Our Delta Reign set should include the 110+ cards from Japan's Storm Emeralda set, released on July 31st, and the 30 unique cards from the accompanying "MEGA Starter Decks," featuring Eevee ex, Zoroark ex, and Meowscarada ex.
However, one of the Pokemon ex from the decks will be cut from Delta Reign. The set will only include six Pokemon ex but there are seven candidates (Heat Rotom, Wishiwashi, Raikou, Talonflame, Eevee, Meowscarada, Zoroark).
This will be our first English set since Phantasmal Flames to be a combination of multiple Japanese sources. All other sets have been nearly 1:1 copies of their equivalent Japanese set (excluding the usual promo shuffling).
