Discord blamed 5CA, 5CA says it's not its fault. Nevertheless, thousands of people's sensitive data was leaked.
5CA also states that it has not managed any government identification documents for Discord.
The company asserts that its systems remain secure and that customer information is safe. It is also conducting an internal investigation and collaborating with Discord and cybersecurity specialists to address the matter.
Hopefully, the individuals impacted will receive some form of recompense as a result of this situation, which is frustrating, considering the large number of 70,000 users affected.
