Google introduces "Androidify" to inspire creativity.

Google's Androidify app will help you show off your creative side.
Artificial intelligence is changing how we interact with our phones in ways unimaginable when touchscreen smartphones emerged 18 years ago. It can now generate images from simple text prompts, such as a hippo eating a Big Mac, in mere moments.
Beyond entertainment, AI enhances photography and delivers detailed answers to questions, surpassing the capabilities of digital assistants. Google aims to empower Android users to achieve new levels of individuality and creative expression through AI integration.
Google is introducing "Androidify" today, allowing users to create personalized Android bots. Users can upload a selfie, input a prompt, add accessories, and let Gemini generate a unique bot. Gemini 2.5 Flash can provide photo captions, while Imagen produces the bot's image. Veo 3, Google's newest video model, can animate some bots.
Every Friday this month, users can create an 8-second video featuring their bot, powered by Veo. These creations can be shared on social media using #Androidify.
To begin, download the Androidify app from the Google Play Store or visit the Androidify website. The app includes a "Help me write" feature for generating random descriptions of the bot's appearance. The app also uses Material 3 Expressive, Android's latest design.
Download the Androidify app from the Google Play Store and unleash your creativity to design a personalized Android bot.
