It's uncertain if the Galaxy S23 will receive a specific Galaxy AI feature with the One UI 8 update.
One UI 8 Beta 2 is out for Galaxy S23 devices and it’s still missing one of Samsung’s key features.
It is not clear why Samsung has not brought the Now Brief feature to the Galaxy S23. While the model is capable of handling AI tasks, and Now Brief has been successfully run on it through sideloading, Samsung may be restricting the feature to newer devices to encourage upgrades. Although this may be frustrating, it is not unusual.
Hopefully, Samsung will reconsider and make Now Brief available for the Galaxy S23. Limiting the feature to newer models to incentivize upgrades would be disappointing. The official release of One UI 8 will reveal Samsung's decision.
