CMF by Nothing has teased its upcoming Headphone Pro with the tagline "Remix everything." The headphones are expected to be released on September 29.
The teasers highlight an "energy slider," which is a unique feature not found on competitor products, similar to the Super Mic on the Ear (3). A scrolling wheel is also visible, which will likely be used to adjust the volume.
The ear cushions seem to be easily replaceable, with the possibility of mixing colors or matching them to the headphones. It is expected that CMF will offer ear cushions as separate accessories for customization and replacement purposes.
The ear cushion replacement system looks user-friendly. A teaser video demonstrates a cushion rotating and locking into place. The phrase "remix everything" in the teasers further implies simple customization options.
While design and features are important, the audio quality and price will ultimately determine the success of the headphones. If CMF maintains its brand philosophy, the Headphone Pro should be budget-friendly, increasing its chances of success.
