Mind Space, the OnePlus app where users can store content such as screenshots, notes, and events, will use AI to organize them using keywords and tags. The sample image displays a user requesting Gemini to create a five-day trip to Paris based on information in Mind Space.
Coming with OxygenOS 16
According to details in the image, the feature will be coming to "OnePlus Flagship devices with OxygenOS 16." It is expected that the OnePlus 15 will be the first to have the integration, while older models such as the OnePlus 13 might receive it later.
This would add OnePlus to the growing number of brands that offer more practical AI features than Apple. The iPhone 16 and its successor, the iPhone 17, despite being "built for Apple Intelligence," have limited AI capabilities. Conversely, Google's Gemini powers the Pixel 10 series, the Galaxy S25, and the majority of current Android devices.
Useful, if functional
If an app can organize and make use of all my screenshots, notes, and saved links, I'll be very grateful. However, despite wanting to trust modern AI, I have yet to find an application that can do so reliably. I'm willing to test OnePlus’ version, but I'm not expecting much.
