The Galaxy S25 Ultra abandoned the curved sides of the S24 Ultra for straight edges, which improved grip. It is unclear if this design will be further improved.
The Galaxy S26 Ultra is expected to feature a 6.89-inch screen, a slight increase from the S25 Ultra's 6.86-inch display. This size increase will reportedly be achieved by reducing the bezels instead of enlarging the phone's overall size.
Another change previously reported is the return of the camera island. Samsung will supposedly position the main, ultrawide, and 5x telephoto lenses on a raised platform instead of having them directly on the rear of the device. This modification is reportedly being made to house improved primary and telephoto cameras.
The phone could be thinner and lighter than the current iteration.
The future Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 2 is anticipated to power the phone, along with the newest RAM technology for smooth performance. According to a recent report, the Galaxy S26 Ultra may include Flex Magic Pixel technology to safeguard user privacy.
Early information regarding the Galaxy S26 Ultra has been encouraging. If Samsung executes these changes well, it will mark a third consecutive successful release.
