Everything will likely decline as services initially offer appealing features with both free and paid options. Eventually, more paid tiers are added, and lower-tier subscriptions lose benefits, such as ad-free usage.
Subscription costs could increase significantly while the perks remain the same. This pattern, similar to Netflix, may occur with many subscription services. OpenAI's ChatGPT might include sponsored responses soon.
This is a negative trend. It was thought only budget Chinese smartphones would use ads to offset production costs, but this may become standard on all modern smartphones, regardless of price.
Users may accept this as normal.
