T-Mobile is addressing a significant customer frustration with its latest Un-carrier initiative.

T-Mobile's "Switching Made Easy" can move you from your current carrier to the Un-carrier in 15 minutes through T-Life.
T-Mobile's new "Switching Made Easy" allows individuals to switch to T-Mobile in 15 minutes using the T-Life app. Easy Switch, an AI-powered tool in beta, analyzes data, including plans, devices, and the monthly cost for AT&T or Verizon subscribers. It then highlights the best T-Mobile plans, showcasing savings and benefits not available from other carriers.
T-Mobile provides those switching up to 90 days to select a new phone and receive a device upgrade. Additionally, customers can order a device through the T-Life app and receive same-day delivery via DoorDash Drive. This service is launching in select T-Mobile stores in major U.S. cities with plans to expand.
Switching to T-Mobile provides Magenta Status and access to T-Mobile Tuesdays. T-Mobile also offers complimentary in-flight Wi-Fi, free international data in over 215 countries, hotel and rental car benefits, and T-Satellite connectivity. From November 25 to December 2, T-Mobile subscribers on most plans can redeem a free DashPass by DoorDash (valued at up to $120/year) and a free pie with a DashPass grocery delivery order of $12+.
Srini Gopalan, T-Mobile's CEO since November 1, stated that the company is leveraging technology to modernize the switching process, enabling individuals to access better value and experiences in 15 minutes on "America’s Best Network."
T-Mobile also announced the renewal of its partnership with the Las Vegas Grand Prix and an expanded regional partnership with Formula 1. T-Mobile will be the Exclusive 5G Partner of the Las Vegas Grand Prix through 2028, expanding to the U.S. Grand Prix in Austin in 2026. As the 5G Innovation Partner of Formula 1 in North America, T-Mobile will provide broadcast innovations, enhanced connectivity, and front-row access to Club Magenta for its subscribers.
This announcement may be a key topic at T-Mobile stores during an upcoming "All-stores" meeting on December 23.
