T-Mobile is advising some users to restart their phones.

T-Mobile has fixed a service issue that affected some users.
T-Mobile stated that a service issue affecting a small number of customers in the Northeast and Midwest on its older LTE network has been resolved. Affected users should restart their devices to restore connection to the network. The 5G Standalone network was not affected.
Mint Mobile, a T-Mobile-owned MVNO that uses its towers, was also affected by the issue.
According to Downdetector, issues began around 3 AM ET and have increased since then. While many users are affected, the problem does not appear to be widespread, possibly because it occurred late at night. More complaints are anticipated as more people wake up.
Some users reported that restarting their phones resolved the issue.
Many users are also unable to log into their accounts on the website or T-Life app, in addition to having no service, indicating a broader problem.
