T-Mobile is giving away the Apple iPhone 18 Pro for free — how to claim - Mashable

TL;DR: The new Apple iPhone 18 Pro is available for free right now with T-Mobile. To claim, trade in a qualifying device and activate a new line on T-Mobile’s Experience Beyond plan. New customers who switch to T-Mobile and keep their existing number will also qualify.

We've been treated to some major smartphone drops in recent months. We got the new Motorola Razr lineup, new Google Pixels, and foldable phones from Samsung. All the major players had their moment in the spotlight, but now it's time for the main event: Apple's annual iPhone launch.

After months of speculation, rumors, and leaks, Apple has finally announced the new iPhone 18 Pro, and pre-orders open today, with the phone set to release on Sept. 18.

Any new smartphone announcement causes a stir, but none more than the iPhone. Nothing gets the people going quite like a shiny new iPhone, especially if it folds. And mobile carriers like T-Mobile know that, so they tend to drop seriously tempting iPhone pre-order deals to persuade you into upgrading. And this launch is no different.

The Apple iPhone 18 Pro is available for free right now with T-Mobile. There are two ways to take advantage of this pre-order deal:

Switch to T-Mobile and bring your existing phone number

Trade in a qualifying phone (in any condition) on an Experience Beyond plan

The full savings are distributed as monthly credits over a 36-month payment plan. As long as you intend to stay locked into T-Mobile’s top data tier for three years, it's easily one of the best ways to score Apple's premier hardware without a major hit to your budget.

T-Mobile requires you to pay local sales tax on the phone's full retail value upfront, plus a standard $35 device connection fee per line at checkout. But come on, that's a small price to pay for the latest iPhone.

Score the iPhone 18 Pro for free from T-Mobile.
