The T-Mobile Tuesdays benefits program is available to Metro by T-Mobile users with qualifying plans, in addition to standard T-Mobile customers.
T-Mobile also frequently provides gifts to postpaid subscribers. For example, earlier in December, they received hats.
The Reasoning Behind Prepaid Gifts
Since prepaid plans are less profitable for carriers than postpaid ones, they receive less attention. In the third quarter, T-Mobile added one million postpaid and 43,000 prepaid subscribers.
The US prepaid market grew in Q1 2025, for the first time since Q3 2022. Incentives like free cookware can help Metro by T-Mobile keep current customers and gain new ones.
