Following the end of the US government shutdown on November 12, there were expectations of imminent news regarding FCC approval for the OnePlus 15. While OnePlus has not made any official announcements, a Reddit user discovered an FCC listing for a OnePlus device, model number CPH2749, which received FCC clearance on November 25, 2025.
The model number CPH2749 may be for the US version of the OnePlus 15, given that the Indian version has the model number CPH2745. Should this be the OnePlus 15, OnePlus could begin US sales shortly. The Reddit user who found the FCC certification anticipates that the device might be available as early as Monday, December 1.
The OnePlus 15R, a more budget-friendly alternative, does not appear to have FCC-related delays. The company has already stated that it will launch in the US, India, Europe, Canada, and other countries on December 17.
