Verizon myAccess users have a new offer available to them.

Verizon's postpaid customers might be able to grab an Uber gift card if they act fast.
T-Mobile frequently provides its customers with complimentary items, and Verizon is apparently working to do the same. The carrier has revamped its customer experience through Project 624. Besides assisting customers better, Project 624 is also designed to make perks more visible and offer more rewards than previously.
It seems Verizon isn't quite as giving as T-Mobile in terms of freebies, though its offerings could be seen as more worthwhile. T-Mobile customers frequently express dissatisfaction with the quality of the free items they receive. In comparison, an Uber gift card could be more beneficial.
However, the limited quantity of gift cards suggests that many customers may be let down, which appears counterproductive for a company seeking to improve how customers perceive it.
Verizon's service was unavailable for approximately one day for some customers, and for a longer period for others. Verizon is attempting to compensate those affected for the outage. The Uber promotion is well-timed, and Verizon might want to combine it with other favorable actions to demonstrate to customers that it regrets the trouble caused by the service interruption and wants to make amends.
In other news, after a year of work, a new project will be released in a few months.
